Picture taken the last day of year 2009 .The weather  was brilliant and good for the  fireworks to night in Reykjavík  city  , but you can see some fireworks  from Selfoss the village  15.min.drive from my home. The Icelandic New Year's Eve is by many considered the most breathtaking New Year's celebration in the world. Can you belive that?!!! I appreciat the quietness here in the country ..... So cosy....
