Life in the countryside

PAUL Bakery & Restaurant caters to the French way of life that is reflected in its selection of bread, viennoiserie, pâtisserie, sandwiches, soups and salads and a selection of signature French dishes.  I went to Dubai for a holiday last week and "Paul" Family Bakery and Restaurant was my favorite ♥ ... gorgeous tempting breads and a great variety of all kinds of dishes... This restaurant is around the world, but I haven't come across it before. Wishing you the best of everything K.Ketils.

Christmas atmosphere is here to stay and I've been decorating my little restaurant because it is Christmas buffet every weekend until Christmas.  The Restaurant and Guest Houses   are also open over the Christmas and New Year time.     I'll put some pictures of Christmas decorations from the restaurant later  .....

Now there is nothing ahead but a good summer  here in Iceland. There are good days in April but you can also just as likely expect snow at this time of the year. You who read my blog have noticed that me and my husband  have opened  Grimsborgir Guest House , which will be open all year ... and now in  the end of May we will open a restaurant that serves this guesthouses and also open to the public ... I will post pictures and information about the restaurant and guest houses here in the coming months Have a good day and God bless.
